Tomorrow I jet off to the land sushi, sake and sakuras.
For as long as I can remember Japan has been on my "must visit" list.
There's something alluring about the country that gave me basically everything I remember as a child from Hello Kitty to Pokemon, to things that I enjoy thoroughly as an adult such as sushi, ramen and sake.
My fingers are crossed that I will land to find sakuras still in blossom.
But more than anything I'm looking forward to shopping up a storm and eating until I can't move.
If you have any key places I should visit on my short visit please let me know!
At the moment I have a day set aside for Mount Fuji, and the rest seems to be exploring nearby suburbs like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya.
