The reign of the chunky rings in my life have been usurped by the delicate and dainty. I've always been a huge fan of big chunky knuckle duster type rings, something that would severely injure someone, but recently I have found a new love in delicate dainty rings - something gorgeously subtle.
For those who don't know, I'm a silver type of girl. Up until I got my Nana gold neck plate from Beginning Boutique my jewellery was exclusively silver, and to be honest I quite like it that way. There's just something about silver jewellery by comparison to gold, I don't know what it is, just personal preference.
The first Tiffany & Co. ring is one of the first things I ever laid eyes on in the Tiffany & Co. range, and to this day I still want it. I spotted this back when I was 16 and wanted it, but the price for a 16 year old was a bit steep so I decided to put it on the back burner. Now, being almost 21, I look back at it and still love it. It's simple and chic, silver and affordable - what's not to love about it?
The second row of rings are from Pandora (yep, like the charm bracelet I have). I love the combination of silver and onyx, there something elegant but edgy about it. If you haven't already noticed I have a thing for roses whether it's fresh red roses or black roses for jewellery and logos (haha). I also have a love for small gemstones :)
The third row are a miscellaneous mix of ring styles I want to get my hot little hands on. The first is from ASOS, I'm loving the natural rocks at the moment. I've also been very tempted to purchase initial rings, it's sort of my acceptance and take on the name necklace (I find these necklaces unnerving, I don't really like people knowing my name before I offer it to them - this is my sociological mind thinking..). A similar style of initial ring I want can be found at Recreational - they stock some of the most intriguing pieces of jewellery. Also I would love a lovely fresh pearl ring just to balance out everything I've already got :)
Would it be too much to ask to get some of these for my 21st?
